Romanian Woordly
Use a clue and letter feedback to find a five-letter Romanian word in six guesses.
How to play Romanian Woordly
Each step is one stage of a single A1 round, from the first guess to the answer mâine (tomorrow). The clue gives the answer's meaning in your own language.
- Type any five-letter Romanian word. The first guess tests letters, so it need not be the answer. Woordly takes plain letters, so the â in mâine goes in as A.
- Press Enter to score the finished row. Each letter takes one of three marks: correct letter and position, correct letter in the wrong position, or letter not in the word. Woordly marks a repeated letter only as often as the answer holds it. MAINE holds one A, so the second A in CAFEA is marked as not in the word.
- Build the next guess from the marks. Keep a letter that has the correct position in its column, and give a letter marked wrong position a different one. LAPTE keeps A in column 2 and moves E to column 5.
- Check the keys before the next guess. Each key carries the best mark its letter has earned in any row. E carries the correct-position mark once LAPTE places it.
- Match the answer to end the round. Six scored rows without a match also end the round, and Woordly then names the word. Choose New round to start the next word at the same level.
